Mackenzie Lyon embarked on her creative journey more than five years ago. Her design narrative began at Florida State University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design in 2017.
As her career unfolded in New York City, her path led her to an opportunity to specialize in collectible design at Carpenters Workshop Gallery —one of the foremost contemporary design galleries globally.
Throughout this enriching chapter, Mackenzie had the privilege of collaborating with some of the most renowned interior designers and artists throughout the world including but not limited to Clements Design, Peter Marino, Vincenzo De Cotiis, and Ingrid Donat. Through these experiences, she honed her expertise in contemporary and vintage design and discovered the profound impact that carefully chosen pieces have on her client's homes.
After immersing herself in the world of galleries for three transformative years, Mackenzie found her way back to her roots in interior design at FERRER. This high-end, luxury residential design firm in the heart of New York City became her home. As a lead interior designer and project manager, Mackenzie was able to work on projects spanning from coast to coast. Notably, her recent project under FERRER in Southampton was featured in Architectural Digest.
In this professional haven, she seamlessly blended creativity with precision, crafting bespoke environments that reflect a harmonious fusion of artistry and functionality.
